American International Group, Inc. (NYSE:AIG) today is providing
supplemental materials on the benefits of diversification, the value of
its deferred tax assets (DTA) and the regulatory environment in relation
to the company’s designation as a non-bank SIFI.
Since announcing its strategic update on January 26, AIG has engaged
with its shareholders and it is providing the supplemental information
to address questions they have raised.
