On October 31, 2013, American International Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock, par value $2.50 per share, of $0.10 per share. AIG DECLARES COMMON STOCK DIVIDEND OF $0.10 PER SHARE
NEW YORK, October 31, 2013 American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share on AIG common stock, par value $2.50 per share. The dividend is payable on Thursday, December 19, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Thursday, December 5, 2013.
