(b) Consistent with previously disclosed plans, Siddhartha Sankaran will succeed David L. Herzog as Chief Financial Officer of American International Group, Inc. (“AIG”), effective at the close of business on February 19, 2016 following the filing of AIG’s Annual Report on Form 10-K.
