Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Douglas A. Dachille, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, is leaving American International Group, Inc. (“AIG”), effective June 30, 2021.
On his separation, Mr. Dachille will be entitled to termination without cause benefits under the AIG Executive Severance Plan and other applicable plans as described in AIG’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 30, 2021 under the caption “Potential Payments on Termination” (except that his outstanding stock options will remain outstanding for their full scheduled term).
